ONE PROCLAIMED OFFENDER ARRESTED BY THE DEDICATED ANTI AUTO THEFT SQUAD OF OUTER DISTRICT

A special drive has been initiated by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Outer District, aimed at apprehending proclaimed offenders. Under the close supervision of Sh. Narender Khatri, ACP/Operations and under the leadership of Sh. Rajpal,Insp/AATS , a dedicated team  comprising of HC Deepak, Ct Avnish, Ct Aryadeep and Ct. Parkash was formed to trace and nab the proclaimed offenders.

OPERATION :

On 31th March 2025, the team received intelligence regarding the whereabouts of a proclaimed offender (PO) named Vicky@Pardeep, who was believed to be hiding in the area of B- block, Mangolpuri. Acting on this confidential information, the team successfully carried out a targeted raid at the location resulting in the apprehension of the suspect. Upon confirmation, the individual was identified as Vicky@Pardeep.

Accused Vicky@Pardeep was declared as a proclaimed offender by the Hon'ble Court of Sh. Rishabh Kapoor, LD.JMFC, Rohini Court, Delhi in connection with the case FIR No. 1120/2018 U/s  25/54/59 Arms Act PS Mangolpuri. He was arrested under Section 35.1(D) of the BNSS Act.
